Wood joinery
The technology of making profiles for wood carpentry with thermo-insulating glass has evolved at a very rapid pace in recent years, so the finished product has the ability to withstand resistance, time, reliability and safety. Master Prod offers carpentry made of laminated wood.
Advantages of laminated wood
Laminated wood has some big advantages over solid wood:
- does not change its shape and properties over time;
- acquires additional qualities over solid wood;
- allows for the production of large joinery elements;
- the carpentry holds up much better over time.
This profile is made of three or more wooden elements joined together by overlapping and gluing resulting in a profile with superior qualities of the monoblock wood profiles:
- the possibility of making carpentry elements with much larger dimensions;
- increased resistance to atmospheric factors, primarily to the action of humidity.
Doors and windows made of laminated wood, in addition to their modern appearance, provide good sound and heat insulation.
In addition to aluminium or PVC joinery, wooden windows and doors give a warm and natural look to interiors.
The profiles are made of three layers of resinous wood (spruce). The layers are arranged grain to grain to cancel out internal stresses, which precludes the possibility of the profiles becoming stressed and warped over time.
Other woods can be used on request: oak, ash, cherry, larch, etc.
The joinery is equipped with two or three panes of glass, with thermal and sound insulation capacities according to the requirements of the project or the end customer.
Finishing: the wood is protected against moisture from sunlight, repeated freeze-thawing with the help of water-based ecological varnishes and paints in a wide range of colours.
The sealing tightness of this type of joinery is ensured all around the mobile frame with two rows of gaskets.

The aluminium tear-off, with holes, is designed to drain water from the exposed parts of the joinery.
As for wood carvings (windows and doors), they can, as with aluminum or PVC profiles, have the following types of openings:
- swinging, with the advantage of maximum ventilation space;
- oscillating, in which case ventilation can be done permanently;
- sliding, with a small space for opening;
- harmonics, with ample openings.
